How To Respond To Difficulties

Today's verse is Numbers 13:33
And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

Twelve men went into the land of Canaan, two saw the good of the land, and what God was offering them, but the others saw not God, but those that dwelt in the land, and they knew that they were not able to overcome them. Consider what is said in Psalms; “Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?” Consider also Peter, what happened to him as he walked upon the water, and he took his eyes off of Jesus? So, not why should I fear, but whom should I fear! And how should we responded to that fear? If ye fear God, allow it to cause you to seek him out, for in His Love, he has made a way, that your iniquities not overwhelm you, but Jesus Christ, the Son of God, has taken your place, paid for your sin, and when trouble arises, look to him and see him, and marvel at how he will deliver you. Amen.
