Follow The Man God Has Chosen

 

Today's verse is Numbers 16:3

And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD? 

    Do you fear God? Then fear the man God has chosen, Yea, Indeed you may be sure that God has chosen someone to lead his people, seek him out, and follow him as he follows Christ. Paul has given Timothy the testimony such a man needs to have, and the standard is high, but as David did not touch Saul, but Samuel did rebuke him, these are our examples if such a one should fail. So, remember the lesson of Korah, Dathan and Abiram, and set yourselves not against the Man God has chosen, for in doing so, you set yourself up against God. Amen.
