Showing Your Love For God

 

Today's Verse is Exodus 16:28

And the LORD said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to keep my commandments and my laws? 

    Know you not that the commandments and the laws of God are not grievous, but are in every aspect Reasonable? He doesn’t say “Do this”, nor does he say “Don’t do that” to ruin your fun. But he gives us these things that our lives might be full, and that we might learn to submit unto him. Who among us knows all? I don’t, even as I seem to appear to present that Image. But the Lord God that created the Heaven and the Earth does, and the commandment that he gives is for our benefit, again so that our lives may be full. Therefore, as Jesus submitted to the will of the Father by the power of his Spirit, will you also endeavor in the same manner to show all the Love you have for him, by keeping his commandments? Amen.
