Today's Verse is Exodus 7:3
And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.
Herein is a great mystery and much debated, Did Pharaoh have a choice? We know that Christ spoke in Parables to hide the truth to those who would not believe, so that they would not be forced to receive redemption. I believe the same principle applies here. It is obvious that God is here, making both his wrath and power known, that all that hear might know that He is God, and him alone. Therefore, God always being in the NOW, already knew the choice Pharaoh would make, as he helped him be true to himself, even as he chose him to be an example to all others the danger of opposing the Creator of Heaven and Earth. Let us remember, that God hates the death of the wicked (even Pharaoh,) is not willing that any should perish, and Jesus Christ having been lifted up draws all men unto himself, but as he has shown here with Pharaoh, he will not force any of us. So, what is your choice? Selah [Will you chose Redemption or Destruction?] Amen.
To God be the Glory
