Reflecting Upon Your Relationship With God

Today's verse is Deuteronomy 4:7
For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?

Know now, that here you have an invitation to investigate God, and see if there be any other kike him. But take care, for if you search do so with open eyes. For there are two things that can blind you. First, be open to his Glory, and second, despise not gratefulness, else you be blinded and for all your seeking, shall never find him. Yet, if you keep your eyes open, you will not be able to miss his Majesty, his lovingkindness, and his care for you. For as it has been reported, He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. See how he rewarded Israel when they sought him, but rebuked them as they rejected him, just as he said he would. Selah [Consider with an open heart.] Amen.

To God be the Glory
