Today's verse is 1 Samuel 12:24
Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.
I know that there are many who would say, “What great things has God done for me? Indeed, I do not see that he has done anything for me, AT ALL!” Of a truth, I don’t know of all your torments, but I know that you have them. However, I also don’t know of all of your non-stolen pleasures either, and each of them has been given to you of God. Not only that, but he has provided for you a testimony written in the heavens, and great wonders found in his Creation that testify of him. But the two greatest things he has done: he has provided to you his Word, found and known as the Bible, which first promises, then testifies of his Greatest work, which the Son of God, took God’s judgment of you upon himself when he died upon the Cross, Rising again the Third Day, that when he returns as promised, you will not be found wanting, if you have accepted this gift, as he brings Judgment upon the Earth. Selah [Think on This.] Amen.
To God be the Glory
