The Way of The Wicked

Today's verse is Proverbs 11:5
     The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way:
      But the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness.

This is a truth that must be heeded, most of the time, God’s wrath is seen by how a person’s sin consumes them, and influences all that they do, leading them to their own destruction. Some escape temporarily, but in the end, all pay for their sins. Yet, the righteous find their way and escape the troubles of the wicked. Yet, who is truly righteous, there has truly only been one, and by his own choice he went to the Cross, and paid for the sins of all who will accept it. Do you see evil and wickedness all about you? Fear God, Look to the cross, and again see in it reason to Fear God, but also see in it his love for you, and trust him, for by it you can be delivered from his wrath, not just that to come, but of what we see in the world today. Amen.
