Today's verse is 1 Kings 9:8
And at this house, which is high, every one that passeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss; and they shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and to this house?
Why hath the Lord done this? Do we not live in a day when those about us are astonished, do they not hiss? We find the answer in the following verse: it is because we have forgotten The Lord, the God that created Heaven and Earth and all that in them is. Do you want a solution to the troubles about you? Turn to the one that made you, by the mercy provided to you by his Death upon the Cross, and urge your neighbor to do the same. Then if enough of us do this, Then God will turn from the judgment that he has unleashed and restore us to a right relationship with him. Selah [Think on this] Amen.
