Is There Evidence Of Your Salvation?

Today's verse is 1 John 2:4-5
He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

Let us so examine ourselves! We that say that we know Jesus Christ, do we love God with all of our strength, our mind, our heart? Do we love our neighbor as we love ourselves? As we read God’s Word, do we seek to conform to what we read? Since we have Believed on the One God has sent, is there any change in our perspective, and in our Walk. Can others see a difference in us? Is there any evidence that the Spirit of God is in you? Does he convict you of things great or small, that the ministry of reconciliation be not blamed? Do you find that you cannot keep silent, telling others what God has done for you? Or, are you ashamed of the One that died for you and those you walk by? These are but a small sample of the evidence that we are in Christ, and that Jesus dwells within us. Is it there in you? Amen.

To God be the Glory
