Today's verse is Exodus 4:21
And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go.
What did God say? Did he promise to cause Pharaoh to let Israel Go? Yes! But not immediately, nor without strife. So when Pharoah cried out, “Ye are Idle!.” Why were the children of Israel surprised? So be not surprised when those of the world condemn and persecute you, did they not do the same to him? And as he asked, are we greater him? There are indications that we are in the beginning of sorrows, and those that oppose God will be given temporary power, but Jesus Christ promised that he will be with you and will never forsake you. So, take the actions of those that hate God in stride, fail not to testify of Jesus Christ. Approving yourself ministers of God in all things. In much patience, afflictions . . . Amen.
To God be the Glory
