God Has Not Forgotten His Own

Today's verse is 4:2-3
O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame?
How long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah.
But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself:
The LORD will hear when I call unto him.

Do we not live in a day that the first verse of this passage is apparently true? What of you, do you love God? Do you hunger for his Righteousness, his ways to prevail? Or after the other sons of men, do you also love those things that are vain? Do you follow for your pleasure the lies others also believe? Know this, God knows those that love him, and walk according to truth, and while we might be called upon to suffer for his sake, we shall escape his wrath as he destroys those that hate him and his way. Amen.

To God be the Glory
