Because Jesus Rose From The Dead

Today's verse is Mark 16:6
And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.

The tomb is empty; Jesus Christ who had died is now risen, and he is alive! An angel did not enable him to live, but the power of the Holy Spirit of God, Jesus Christ rose up and left the grave of his own accord. The angel was left to tell of the good news. As important as this is too all that will be redeemed by this Act, it is but the beginning of what God can and will do for all that Trust him. For as Paul asks later, If God was willing to do this for us, What would he not be willing to do for those that have recieved Jesus Christ? So in this time of Trouble, let us stand firm, Remember that we might be called upon to suffer, as he did for us, but he has not forgotten us. So remember the three men that went into the fire. Was not the Son of God found in their midst? Amen.

To God be the Glory
