Today's Verse is 1 Thessalonians 4:8
He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit.
In this present world, there are many things that men do that displease God, but if you search the scriptures you will find that as we leave the Fear of God, the first thing to go, is purity, even chastity, but we that have received Jesus Christ have been called to purify himself, even as he is pure, by the Hope we have in his return, and by the Holy Spirit whom God hath given to us. Therefore, by that same Spirit, let not sin reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Amen.
