Today's verse is Proverbs 24:29
Say not, I will do so to him as he hath done to me:
I will render to the man according to his work.
Consider and compare this verse with what Jesus commanded in Matthew, “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.” And to clarify, “Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wraith: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.” Why? For the simple fact that we cannot judge true judgment, for we do not know all, but God does, and as seen before, we can be sure that God in due time will act, and when he does act, Judgment will be swift, and it will be sure, and I know that I do not want to be caught up in it. Why should you? Selah [Something to consider.] Amen.
