Today's verse is Psalm 30:9
What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit?
Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
Consider the questions David presents the Lord his God here. And ask yourself this: will God be more praised by your life? Or by your death? This is truly the argument that David is making before his God. He is saying that while he has breath he will sing, shout, or otherwise make the Glory of God known! David had cause to praise God, and if we open our eyes, so do we! Amen.
To God be the Glory
Scott
