Today's verse is 1 Chronicles 28:20
And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, even my God, will be with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.
What has God, even the Creator of Heaven and all that in it is, and the Earth, and all that in it, has purposed for you to do? Do you know? As he recorded in his Word, he has not told every one their purpose, but each has fulfilled the purpose God has set for them. So seek him, trust him above all, and as David admonished Solomon, Be strong and of good courage, for as sure as God is God, he will accomplish his purpose in thee and as Moses prayed, so will it be done.
And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us:
And establish thou the work of our hands upon us;
Yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
Amen.
To God be the Glory
Scott
