Today's verse is Deuteronomy 11:7
But your eyes have seen all the great acts of the LORD which he did.
Those that Moses is speaking to have seen many great and mighty things, and in seeing them have often forgotten them the next week. Sometimes even the next day. Today, we have God’s Word which tells us not only of these works, but others as well throughout the existence of Israel as they walked with the Lord and of many of their stumbles. But we are also shown how God will work in the background so that only those that seek him diligently can see the effect he has had in their lives and those about them. Such has been this year! Have you seen God working in the lives about you? What of your own life, did you see how God was reaching out to you, reminding you that he Loves you and wants your company? If you have not seen these things, ask him now to shew himself to you, and if you diligently seek for him, he shall open your eyes as you seek out His Word, and he will give you understanding as you acknowledge him in all that you do. Amen.
To God be the Glory
