Today's verse is Psalm 38:15
For in thee, O LORD, do I hope:
Thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.
Before David uttered this verse, he had been confessing the results of his sin. As Moses told us be sure your sin will find you out. Lest you think that was the Law, and we are not under the Law, Paul warned us, God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. So, even if you find yourself in the misery of your sin, and the results of your iniquity overwhelms you Know that as David, so you also still can Hope in the Lord your God, for so long as you still have breath, it is not too late to Repent, and turn back to the Lord your God who loves you, gave his life for yours, that you might live with him forever. We know that David was forgiven, his iniquities forgotten, will you come as he did that you may also be forgiven. Amen.
To God be the Glory
