Today's verse is Ezekiel 3:6
Not to many people of a strange speech and of an hard language, whose words thou canst not understand. Surely, had I sent thee to them, they would have hearkened unto thee.
Both Jeremiah and Ezekiel were sent to warn the house of Israel, even the tribe of Judah to examine themselves by the Word of God and to Repent, but as God had said, they would not hear! Daniel, even during this same time period, being taken to the serve the King of Babylon, testified to them the Majesty of God, and as God had said here, they heard, and many repented, even such as Nebuchadnezzar, and Darius, and Cyrus. Having so influenced the Kings, the people also heard and listened. But today, even as God has said, many, even most hearing, they hear not, and seeing, the perceive not, neither will they understand, but God always has his remnant, will you be one of them? Will you see? Will you hear? Will you seek to understand? The Lord your God is waiting for you with outstretched arms, looking for you to come to him. Will you Come? Having Come, will you Testify? Amen.
To God be the Glory
