Today's verse is Psalm 44:22
Yea, for thy sake are we killed all the day long;
We are counted as sheep for the slaughter.
Today, in all that I read, I saw disobedience and judgment against disobedience. In between I read that we are to consider our brother in Christ, yea, even for them, for whom Christ also died, and then in the end I saw the context of a verse Paul quotes, having asked, Who shall separate us from the Love of Christ? Have you like David, forgotten to ask God for direction? Have you stumbled in the way? Are you suffering from the consequences of your actions? Know that if you have accepted his gift of Salvation, you are still accepted of him, he has not forsaken you, though you may think you for a season have forsaken him, he is still there waiting, and not just waiting, but working in you that you may Repent. Do not delay, Repent now, and you will find that he is there to pick you up, to once again set your feet upon a firm foundation, fit to serve, and rejoice in your God. Amen.
To God be the Glory
