Know Who You Are In Christ

 

Today's verse is Romans 12:3

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. 

    Consider the verse above, then consider that as David testified, Verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. Selah. When we are born the first time of water, such is the best we can hope for. But each that has been Born Again of the Spirit, having received power to become a son of God, no longer are we limited by what we are, or can do but by who God is, and what he will do through us. So, do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but in knowing Christ, no longer is your best state, Vanity. Because, according to God’s purpose in you, he has gifted you with what you need to minister to his people, so as God has prepared you, so exercise the gift he has given you, that those about you may benefit from God’s grace through you. Amen.
