Today's verse is Daniel 4:35
And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
It is no surprise to God the things that are happening in the world today, and if you are awake, rather than “woke,” you can see that the things that are happening are a foreshadow of even more terrible things to come. Yet, if we are wise, we will follow the counsel of Daniel to Nebuchadnezzar, when he counseled him to walk humbly before God, before all the things listed against him should come to pass. So, Fear God now, learn of his goodness now, that you might escape from his wrath tomorrow. For there is no counsel, nor wisdom, nor knowledge against the Lord God of Heaven, and just as Nebuchadnezzar did, we will all have to give an account unto him. I know that on that day, Jesus Christ will be speaking for me. Will he do so for you as well? Selah [Consider well your options.] Amen.
