As I have read of the fall of Jerusalem, I have seen the wickedness of man, even those chosen of God, and their (our) unwillingness to trust and follow the one that had made us. Yet, in Jesus Christ, God has given to us that fully surrender to him Power to overcome, it is not an easy thing, nor is it hard (in Christ,) but of our own power it is impossible. By Surrendering to Jesus Christ, He gives us the ability to allow him to live through us, and the strength to resist to powerful call to sin and rebel from obeying his Word. So as you struggle to obey God, remember it is not your struggle, you must choose to whom you will surrender, whether it be to your sin unto death, or whether it will be to God unto life everlasting, and as you surrender to him, he has already promised to make you overcome through his divine power. Amen.
To God be the Glory
