The presence of the Lord God causes those that are in it to fall flat on their face, this happen both with Ezekiel and Daniel, yet both of them where then commanded to stand, then made to stand. We think this perhaps a small thing, yet it really is not. But what I want to focus upon here, is that Ezekiel was commanded to stand, then God, through his Spirit, enabled him to stand. Has God given you a command? (You can be sure that he has.) You need not, yea, you best not try to obey it out of your own strength. As God’s spirit cause Ezekiel to stand so also will that same spirit enable you to do that which God has commanded you. As you allow the spirit to work in you, you will find that what was impossible, was already done through you by God’s Spirit. So let us surrender to God, allowing him to work through us and see what he will do. Selah [Think on this.] Amen.
To God be the Glory
