Being Delievered Through Disipline

Today's verse is Psalm 3:8
     Salvation belongeth unto the LORD:
Thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.

In this Psalm we see that David, having had a life of following after God, of knowing his mercy, and his grace, even knowing that what is happening to him now, is out of judgment for what he has done; still trusts to come out triumphant, in the name of his God. And truly, such is our God, to all those that trust in him. In another place, we are told that God will not utterly cast down “the good man.”   Otherwise known as someone who wholly follows his God. So, if you are currently suffering hardship, whether as Job (not deserving) or as David (being disciplined,)  trust in God, and put your life in his hand, and he will deliver you through, and you shall see God’s Glory. Amen.

To God be the Glory
