Today's verse is Ezekiel 13:22-23
Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, †by promising him life:
Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
As it was then, is it not so now? Do not those that despise the way of the Lord, fill their mouths with lies, night and day? Do they not think in their hearts, that no one will call them to account? However, even here, we see that God does see, and that God will act, and he will act is such a fashion that all will know, and cannot deny that God is God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, and all that are therein! So, keep your eyes open, be patient, that is, wait on God, warn those that will hear, do as he has commanded, and see what God will do! For what he does will leave no doubt of who is truly in control. Amen.
