Who Is Like God?

Today's verse is Isaiah 40:25
To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.

In our ever vain search to deny that we are wrong, we vainly attempt to make the terribleness of God, disappear by making him more like us, to fit into the image we make of him. But we can never be successful, for the Great God, that made Heaven and Earth, has no equal, there is nothing that can compare. Just consider how what he did for all, when he died upon the Cross, and how that displays his Character. I doubt I can do it Justice. He took upon himself the penalty of all sin, suffering for all, so that any that would, can come to him and be made whole. How terrible is he to do such a thing? How good is he to do such a thing? What should happen to those that refuse to accept such a gift? Again there is none such as God. Selah [Consider this well.] Amen.
