Today's verse is 2 Corinthians 7:6
Nevertheless God, that comforteth those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus;
In what I read today, we can find many reasons to fear. Habakkuk, saw the coming Judgment of God in his time, Yet Paul saw the strife that is caused by the Preaching of the Gospel. There was a time when I would have said but our sufficiency is of God, Yet here we find that God will determine how he is sufficient, and in the case we find above, we find that God used Titus to comfort Paul in the distresses he found himself in. Let us, therefore, learn from this and as we look to our Saviour in whatever circumstance we may find ourselves, let us not forget the small, nor even the large, blessings that he has given us on our way. Amen.
To God be the Glory
