Today's verse is Hosea 13:4
Yet I am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt,
And thou shalt know no god but me:
For there is no saviour beside me.
Israel, the northern Kingdom, having exalted themselves, made idols of gold and silver, and worshiped such, rather than the one that brought them up out of Egypt. They had forgotten the Lord their God. What of you? Do you recognize the One that made Heaven and Earth? Or do you believe that you made yourself? Israel, he will continue to restore, no other Nation has that promise. But God is gracious, and any that repents, and turns to the One True God, verily even to the One that took your place, paid the price for your sin, even Jesus Christ, as he laid down his life upon the Cross, rising up on the third day, that all that will can come and be made righteous in him. Selah. [Think on this, and do not delay.] Amen.
To God be the Glory
Scott
