Choose!

 

Today's verse is Deuteronomy 11:26-28

     Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse;      

     A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day: 

     And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.

   Whatever choices you may face today, choose to obey, yea even better, to follow the Lord thy God, which created Heaven and Earth, then by his choice, took your place and suffered the judgment of God for you. Are you afraid of Climate Change? God will judge: Choose him. Does you neighbor demand you hate your other neighbor? Choose God, and Love your neighbors, remembering that God chastens those he loves. Whatever else you may need to choose today, what to eat, what to wear, how to spend your time: Choose God. For whether soon or late in choosing the Most High God, you will be choosing the blessing, but if you forsake him, again whether soon or late, you will reap the curse, and your sin shall find you out. Selah [Think on this.] Amen.
