The Reward For Following Jesus

Today's verse is Luke 18:29-30
And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake,
Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.

What has following Jesus Christ cost you, anything, nothing? If nothing, one can be sure that he is not following Christ. However, if there is something you have had to forsake, you can be sure that it is nothing compared to the riches you will receive, possibly even in this life, but if not, what can compare to the life everlasting, that is gained through Jesus Christ, and the relationship that is gained with him. Personally, the greatest reward I have found, is that relationship that I have with my Savior, and my God. Amen.

To God be the Glory
