God's Foundational Promise to Mankind

Today's verse is Acts 2:39
For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call

The most central of all of the promises made by God is: “And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” And in the verse above declares to whom it is to, which is to be interpreted as, every one that would, not only of Israel, but of the whole world. Jesus Christ came to redeem sinners by his death, proving that he can do this by raising up again from the dead. So that anyone, and everyone that believes and accepts this gift will be forgiven of all of their sins, full payment having been made by Jesus Christ. Amen.
