Today's Verse is Isaiah 1:2
Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth:
For the LORD hath spoken,
I have nourished and brought up children,
And they have rebelled against me.
Truly the Lord, maker of heaven and earth desires to be found. Yet as he shows himself, we turn and run in fear. Not that fear that is clean, enduring forever, but that fear that is full of torment and anguish. For truly to his enemies, the Lord is Terrible, yet when we were enemies, he sent his Son to us, that through him, and by him, we should be reconciled to him. Therefore, let us stop, be still for a moment and consider and see whom God is, and the love he has shown his creation, even all of Mankind. For he has declared that all that will seek him, shall be found of him. Amen.
