Today's verse is I Samuel 3:18
And Samuel told him every whit, and hid nothing from him. And he said, It is the Lord: let him do what seemeth him good.
Here is a problem we have. When we accept the judgment of God, which we should, why do we not also REPENT? Because Jesus Christ came and took our place on the Cross, if we turn to him, He will give us power also to change our ways. And if we change our ways by the power of the Holy Spirit,which we recieve when we accept the forgiveness Jesus gives, then the full judgment which was pronounced may be mitagated, or failing that, turned, and made into a blessing. Consider David and Basheba, and Ninevah in Jonah's day. Amen.
