Honored Or Not

 Today's verse  is I Samuel 3:30

    Wherefore the Lord God of Israel saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now the Lord saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed. 

In the passages that I read today, there was a theme: God honoring those that honor him, and God bringing Judgment upon those that either brought harm to the peoplle of God, or dwelt decietfuly in the house of God Therefore, let us fear, and take counsel of these things, for what God did then, we can be sure that he will do even now, whether in the background or where everybody can see, and all will know that he is Glorified by all that he does. Selah [Consider these things]. Amen.
