The Ever-Present Choice!

Today's verse is I Samuel 12:14-15
If ye will fear the LORD, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the LORD your God:
But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you, as it was against your fathers.

.    Today, and every other day, this choice is ever before you: Whom will you server? Will you obey the Lord God of Heaven, and keep his commandments? Or will you reject him, and go the way you think is your own (truly it is not, but is of your Father the Devil.) Jesus Christ came that you might have life and forgiveness of your sin, giving also by his Spirit power to live a righteous life, by his power. Yet, if we (yea, you) reject him, you already can see what happens in a world that rejects Christ, but it can be much worse. So, “To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation,” and choose life over death, blessings of God, rather than his curse, Forgiveness instead of Judgment. But the choice is yours; no one can make it for you, and the consequence is your own. Selah [ Chose carefully.] Amen.

To God be the Glory
Scott
