Today's verse is Psalm 54:5
He shall reward evil unto mine enemies:
Cut them off in thy truth.
This is an interesting thing: Those that oppose them that follow Jesus Christ are those that oppose truth! Now here we see the phrase “thy truth,” Many, in order to reject something they do not like will separate themselves from it by saying that is not my truth, or that may be your truth but it is not mine. Make no mistake, Truth is Truth. If something is true for one, it is true for all. Now things that are true of God: He is Righteous, Loving, Holy, Just, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, and Omniscient, just to name a few, and none other can claim all of these things, thus “thy truth.” And so, those that oppose God, will find that when the truth is revealed, will find that they are destroyed. So do not delay, forsake your lies, and embrace the truth, and becoming free, though broken, you shall also escape the coming destruction. Amen.
To God be the Glory
