Following God's Command

Today's verse is I Timothy 1:1
PAUL, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope;

   Choosing one’s vocation is not something to be taken lightly, but many often have rebelled against following the direction that God gives them, not knowing that the path that God has chosen for you will lead you to the greatest joy and fulfilment. Paul, did not chose to be an apostle, he did not seek it, but he accepted his Lord’s command, and surrendered to the call, separating himself to the preaching of the Gospel. What is it that God is directing you to do? Be of good courage, embrace it, and put your all into it, and by doing so, you will find joy unspeakable, and fulfilment unimaginable, full of glory. Amen.

To God be the Glory
Scott
