Walking in the Spirit
Today's verse is Galatians 5:16
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Today, reading in Exodus, I saw in Moses, what is spoken of here. Moses, knowing that as the son of Pharaoh’s Daughter, that he actually was one of the children of Israel. We see him taking matters into his own hands and falls flat on his face. After he runs, and after a lot of time passes, he is then invited to try it God's Way. We can learn from this. For we are here also invited to do it God's way, not by might, nor by power, but by the Spirit of God. Allowing the Spirit not only to guide us but work through us. Let us not, therefore, be as Moses, trying to make God will happen by our own strength, but, rather, allow God to be God, do as he enables, and be marveled at what God can do. Amen.
To God be the Glory
