Blessed Are The Canceled

 

Today's verse is Luke 6:22

Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake. 

    Do you see it? Do you see how easy it is to offend those that have turned against God? But who should you please? Should you please them, whose way is an affront to the God that made them and you? or should you seek to please the God that made you, declaring his Righteousness, and his Mercy, and his Grace to all. You see what they do to those that accept not their ways, Who art thou, that should fear a man that shall die? Yea, fear God! And at the very least he shall be with you as they try to take all that you have away from you, even as they put the Lord Jesus upon the Cross. If he did this for us, how can we not be willing to suffer the same for his sake? Let us not be ashamed of the Christ that Died, and arose from the Grave, and when we see him, he shall not be ashamed of us, when he introduces us to his Father. Amen.
