What To Do When You Are On The Run

Today's verse is Psalm 63:1
     O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee:
      My soul thirsteth for thee,
      My flesh longeth for thee
      In a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;

When all appears to be out of order, and nothing seems to be going right, do as David did here, whether it was Saul or Absalom, that was chasing him here. David sought God’s face, and he sought for God’s direction. Let us do the same, knowing that God loves all of those that he created, whether we love him back, but all that come to him, seeking to do his will, God will receive, and will bless according first to his purpose, then according to his goodness, and all that seek him will receive the best reward as they stand before him on the day of judgment. Amen.

To God be the Glory
