God Always Finishes HIs Work

Today's verse is Philippians 1:6
Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: 

Here is a glorious biblical principle: What God starts he finishes. This starts with our salvation, that once we have received Christ Jesus through belief in his payment of our sin by his death on the cross, and being confident of this by his resurrection, we shall see him in glory nothing failing. Likewise, if there is anything that he has started, any work he has had you begin, he will see it to completion, possibly even if you give it up. So don't! Look always to him, walk according to his guidance and what he has said, he will do. Amen
