Today's verse is 1 Corinthians 15:22
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
Adam sinned, and from him we have inherited that same nature that displeases God, and we sin, as easily as we breathe. Yet, God still loved us, and found a way that we might live, even a way to not only forgive us, but to make us clean and pleasing unto him. But the price was not cheap, for one must suffer the same penalty for sin, for each that has sinned, and so Jesus Christ did, when he hung upon the Cross, the Righteous One, for the sinner, and when he arose the third day, he made it sure that all will rise again, Some, who have rejected this gift, will be raised up only to receive the sentence from God to die eternally, knowing evermore only torment and pain. But all those that have accepted this most precious gift, will be raised up to reign with him forevermore, to live with him, and to rejoice in his Righteousness and his Rest. Amen.
To God be the Glory
