Here is a thing of Great Comfort: That what we do by the power of the Holy Spirit will always bare fruit. As God’s Word shall never return to him void, so also our labor in him. Yet, this is not the only promise, but if we fail him, and walk after our own lusts for a time, we know that all things work together for good. . . according to his purpose. Once we are made a child of God, through the blood of Christ, we can be confident that, that which we do for him will prosper, and will accomplish that which he has purposed, he will let Not One of our labors fall to the ground. Let us therefore, rejoice in the things he has set before us, whether it cause Joy or Sorrow, for we know by this promise that we shall reap Joy everlasting in due time. Amen.
