If you read further, you will see that the Psalmist is conflicted, troubled even by certain things occurring around him. Yet, before he mentions what is troubling him, he spells out his resolve, that his trust is in the Lord God, and his mercy. In Isaiah, I read today that God, sending a single angel, slew the army at the gate of Jerusalem. There is no problem too big for God, and none beneath his notice, we can take all to him, and he will hear, if we but humble ourselves before him, and wait for him, for he is never early, but neither is he ever late, but always at the perfect time. So keep your eyes upon him and look to him and he will answer. Amen.
To God be the Glory
