A Wrong Type of Glorying

Today's verse is I Corinthians 5:6-7
Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?
Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

Herein is a thing that we do: We glory in those things that we ought not, even our own sin, sometimes even in the sin of others, and in the name of tolerance we condone that which ought to be condemned, both in our own lives and in the lives of our neighbor. (Remember Love) Daily we need to examine ourselves and come before our Savior confessing our sins to him, remembering that he has purged all of our sins when we came to him for forgiveness through his death upon the cross, then trusting in Christ forsake such to his Honor and Glory. Only then can we in the spirit of love and compassion rebuke those that have gone astray, in the hopes that such will be restored to fellowship. Amen.
