Today's verse is I Corinthians 3:11
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
This is a good time to examine ourselves. Check our footing if you will. Verify upon what we Trust, and make sure it is none other than this foundation that Paul here speaks of: Jesus Christ, The Cross upon which he suffered and died, and His Resurrection, by which we are Justified. Any other foundation will crumble and fail us, even when we least expect it. But the foundation which is Jesus Christ will be secure, and will make us safe from all troubles and trials, even as we face those that hate us because they hate God and his ways. Is this your foundation? Selah [Be very sure.] Amen.
