The Unsearchable God

Today's verse is Ephesians 3:20
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

In the passages that I have read today, we find concepts that require thought and mediation to understand them. Consider such phrases as "the unsearchable riches of Christ" and "the manifold wisdom of God." In these phrases we are introduced to things that by searching them out in the scriptures, we could spend hours, days, months, yea, even years fully understanding each of them. It is all wonder, and marvel, but no surprise that we are told in Isaiah:

    But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength;
      They shall mount up with wings as eagles;
      They shall run, and not be weary;
      And they shall walk, and not faint.

To God be the Glory
