Today's verse is Psalm 49:15
But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave:
For he shall receive me. Selah.
This I believe is the central message of the Bible, God’s Word, as Jeremiah commands us: But he that glorieth glory in this, That he understands and knoweth me, . . . And Jesus tells us something further Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you, but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. Whatever else may befall you, for good, or for evil, hold fast to this truth (if true, if not do not delay) That you have been Redeemed by the Lamb of God, slain for you from the foundation of the world, that you might be presented spotless before the Father. To His Honor, and to His Glory. Amen.
To God be the Glory
Scott
